Also, if EVERYONE is singing "buy me some peanuts and crackerjack", then WHO is actually going to step up and buy them? There is an interesting perspective here in Philly too, because 5 years after Francona was run out of town for being a "lousy manager", all the fans are now saying "Hey wait, it wasn't the manager, it was our GM and the lousy players he put on the field". Ironically Grady Little interviewed here last week for Bowa's job. Also frustrating is the fact that Schilling wanted to come back and play here this past season, but our wonderful GM turned him down without even a contract offer. GRRR. Well, I'm happy for the Sox anyway. Just seeing them beat the Yankees like that was great, let alone ending the curse. ===================================================================== Bunnymen Online Presence: http://www.bunnymenlist.com * http://www.bunnymen.info http://www.bunnymen.com * http://www.fotolog.net/sgtfuzz/ http://bunnymen.nexuswebs.net/ * http://www.angelfire.com/wy2/discog/ * ====================================================================== ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 30 Oct 2004 10:33:53 -0400 From: "Zap" Subject: seven-seas test Just updated the footer. The Neubaten version is godlike. "Dirt" by Lou Reed is killer. And we all know the Buns' "Clay," which is one of my personal faves. "Dust In the Wind," however--methinks not. Mac's "Kansas" though, might be the best on the Slideling album, for me. That and "Seasons." - --Chris A. - --- Nate Vanden Brook wrote: > >That's one.
