The soup thing is fully explained along with many other totally funny off the wall projects he's done.. If anything, I'd say some of the other stories are much funnier. For example, one of the more wierd things he does is take a piece of rock/stone from one place and deposits it in another and so on.. It will probably freak out geologists in centuries time finding out of place minerals dotted about the country. Total genius.
