I was going to get a Creative NX but was seduced by the sexier iPod...silly really but if I was going to spend that much on what is really a luxury then I wanted the wow factor with the look of it as well as the technological wow......The Creative NX is much better value for money really but I guess being sensible doesn't always apply when you're buying a xmas pressie to yourself.... - ----- Original Message ----- From: "Spliff Head" To: Sent: Wednesday, January 07, 2004 1:18 PM Subject: Re: seven-seas New iPods > The Creative Nomad Zen should really be compared to the 40Gb iPod which is > only 10,000 songs, costs more but oozes that Apple coolness and great design > they incorporate with most their kit. > > Wish I'd kept that old SE/30... > > > >From: "Ivan Smith" > >Reply-To: seven-seas@smoe.org > >To: > >Subject: Re: seven-seas New iPods > >Date: Tue, 6 Jan 2004 17:20:32 -0800 > > > >1000 songs? So, if you like new toys and have money to burn as well as wanting only 1000 tracks to burn too, then these are quite appealing... I have no regrets about ordering one of the bigger ones though coz it's still funky but holds the amount of music that I want i.e. better value for money...If I am going to spend that sort of money then I want plenty of space. - ----- Original Message ----- From: "Barry Whiting" To: Sent: Wednesday, January 07, 2004 5:25 PM Subject: Re: seven-seas New iPods > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Ivan Smith" > > > > > 1000 songs?
