I was there as well, surely the best performance I4ve ever seen by them, despite the technical problems and stuff. The song after Sex Machine was one by Nat King Cole, which name escapes me right now. Highlights for me were Show of Strenght, The Game (because I didn4t expect to hear it), Over the Wall and Do it Clean, that sounded very very nice. On the first few seconds of Do it Clean I thought they were playing Heaven up Here though. But that was too much to expect :) >>At 09:20 AM 11/19/03 -0300, you wrote: >> >>>5.the game >> >>Interesting! Hi all! Just dropping a note to say that I was able to record the whole concert on Tuesday, the 18th, here in Brazil, with my minidisc. It came out perfectly, since I was in a very good spot. The cardioid mics took the pressure real well and I was amazed with the result. I will be transferring it to my hard drive this weekend via digital cable and will get it all set to burn the CDs to the list. I have even designed the CD covers, with scans from the tickets and possible photos. Please, if you are interested (and you haven't written to me yet) drop me a line at carlos.a.coelho@uol.com.br with your name and address. Hope my effort will please people in the end. See ya, Carlos. ====================================== http://www.bunnymenlist.com ====================================== ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 20 Nov 2003 01:26:50 -0500 From: "michele9" Subject: Re: seven-seas Echo in Brazil (Recording Done!) Hi Carlos! It's great that you were able to record the show! I just came back from seeing them at The Fillmore in San Francisco and felt it was a magical performance!! I would love to receive a copy of your disc (with your own artwork - how wonderful!) but would like to send you some money for your efforts. Either provide me with an address and I can send US dollars or if you have a PayPal account I could deposit some money into it for you. Please let me know which is easiest for you and Thank You for taking the effort to record and share this show with us!
