It's not that hard to crop messages though. BTW did you know that a the developes of Exchange/Outlook came from the Mac Arena. I personally think it's a good product. Outlook Web Access with Exchange 2003 is pretty good too! - -----Original Message----- From: Amy Moseley Rupp That's thanks to Outlook and similar mail programs that default to opening their editors with the message being replied to quoted in full *below* the cursor, where it is easily forgotten and harder to see! Far better to have the cursor positioned *below* the quoted text ;-) ====================================== http://www.bunnymenlist.com ====================================== ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 17 Nov 2003 10:06:13 -0000 From: "Noose Boy" Subject: RE: seven-seas non-echo non-pc i should be taken out & horsewhipped etc That's sick and tastless, can you send some more? - -----Original Message----- From: Peter Burnand Paul McCartney has just bought his wife a new leg for Christmas. Interesting..... of course, the ultimate release would be to put as data each of the tracks so that we could all go mad remixing, or filling in for one of the Bunnymen, or..... the technology is there, and it wouldn't be hard to do. IMHO, though, the Grey Album would be pretty bleak because the synths *sonically* compensate for the relative lack of depth to Mac's vocals and Will's guitars. With all those synths, the guitar was relegated to fills and one-note-at-a-time solos, and the singer could hide a lot behind the midrange of the synths. Imagine, for example, "Lips" with no synths. The verses would be okay, but the choruses would be rather spare, as would the intro be. I think allowing fans to have direct access to the different tracks would *help* a band..... having the world as your producer would mean some *killer* versions without any work on the band's part. My tuppence. ====================================== http://www.bunnymenlist.com ====================================== ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 17 Nov 2003 18:29:19 -0000 From: "steve griffiths" Subject: Re: seven-seas let it be...naked and without the crap lyrics too? ! steve g. ====================================== http://www.bunnymenlist.com ====================================== ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 17 Nov 2003 18:39:34 +0000 (GMT) From: =?iso-8859-1?q?Stu=20Bird?= Subject: Re: seven-seas non-echo non-pc i should be taken out & horsewhipped etc First heard this from bassist Roy Corkill at last xmas' McNabb gig in Liverpool....
