On the forthcoming October tour of Scotland, England and Ireland, it seems that Echo & The Bunnymen's Will Sergeant should be bringing his experimental solo performance to the concerts in Sheffield, Liverpool and Leeds. This is still subject to formal confirmation. There will also be support, at all dates, from the gifted Brighton group The Tenderfoot and a special guest at the London show. Let's hope the power stays on." > > Bloody typical that I have Bristol tickets.. Even the *journalists* can't stand what's popular these days. Different 'artists' (cough cough) spew out bilious covers of songs that weren't that good to begin with. There's a bit of a clue in the subject line: KJ = Killing Joke The lead singer's name is Jaz Coleman. I went ahead and answered this because despite being in Kerrang! there are a fair few KJ fans here who would find this funny. The Darkness are an up-and-coming band whom I saw at SXSW based solely upon Matt's mention that they were getting the buzz from the press. This was back in March. I think it's kinda funny that they are now 'near top of the bill at Reading'! - ------------------------------------------------- This mail sent through IMP: http://horde.org/imp/ ====================================== http://www.bunnymenlist.com ====================================== ------------------------------ End of seven-seas-digest V2 #705 ********************************
