Depends what you mean by Two-Times..... are we refering to the Ocean Rain album here? ;-) - --- Ocean Rain, you trying to get this thread on-topic or something, Matt! Naah, I meant that character in 'Goodfellas', I think called Jimmy Two-Times, who says everything twice. From memory his only line in the film was 'I'm just going to the bathroom, going to the bathroom.' If that was his first film it was an auspicious debut. Tawkin' of auspicious debuts, I once had a saddo walk-on part in a TV series called 'Roustabout'; I spent a whole day at Aberdeen airport mincing around in a survival suit trying to avoid Ricky Tomlinson but the clip I was in never got used. They were probably worried I'd steal the scene. Something definitely not uncool is the Electrafixion / Space Face live recording in France. Just been having a listen again and I'd forgotten how amazing this stuff really is. Dead fresh, raw and exciting, apparently the first live concert Mac and Will ever did together under this guise. I'd pay damn good money to hear live Electrafixion tunes again. All the mad guitar effects and feedback shit is mega. Funny when Mac's trying to finish off Zephyr I think it is and he's giving it the final 'Tell me about your world' in the lower octave and Will's obviously having too much fun with the slidey bits as he keeps on going. _________________________________________________________________ Add photos to your e-mail with MSN 8. Erm..... this was when Matt and several other cheeky gits were discussing "songs to make love to" and the thread quickly devolved into "how long does a bloke have to keep going for the girl's sake". Matt's choice was Ocean Rain (two times through) and I asked if he meant the song or the album! I don't think I ever got an answer to that one, unless it's finally contained above, in which case the answer is far more satisfactory than eight minutes. - ------------------------------------------------- This mail sent through IMP: http://horde.org/imp/ ====================================== http://www.bunnymenlist.com ====================================== ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 15 Aug 2003 01:21:55 -0500 From: Amy Moseley Rupp Subject: Re: seven-seas OT: power cut? So if it were about to be Armageddon / World Destruction, what would you attempt to accomplish before The End? :-) I really don't expect any serious answers to this question given the tough crowd, but I find that the answer to this can reveal quite a bit about a person :-) - ------------------------------------------------- This mail sent through IMP: http://horde.org/imp/ ====================================== http://www.bunnymenlist.com ====================================== ------------------------------ End of seven-seas-digest V2 #659 ********************************
