I'm using Zone Alarm Pro firewall, and when it's up and running, for some reason Bunnemail sends out two copies of every email I send, but if I shut down the firewall, like now for instance, it's okay. It never used to happen with the basic Zone Alarm firewall, only since I upgraded to the Pro version...
