Is it: > A) The Lightning Seeds > B) Echo and The Bunnymen > C) Coldplay Hey, this is actually a bit of a tricky question! ;-) Of course any good web search would reveal the answer (maybe -- if someone skimmed an article too quickly they might pick up Coldplay!). ====================================== http://www.bunnymenlist.com ====================================== ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 17 Jun 2003 10:42:01 -0500 From: "Martha Smith" Subject: seven-seas dotmusic.com Echo And The Bunnymen area http://www.dotmusic.com/artists/EchoAndTheBunnymen/ "Welcome to the Echo And The Bunnymen area where you can browse a history of news, reviews and interviews. I'd agree the list is far from the great little community it was when I first joined and a shame that some great members like Charles have left. Mac has said both good and bad about Cave. Cave has said some quite derrogatory comments about the Bunnymen in the past which Mac has reacted to but I think he's also complemented Cave on a couple of LPs. I seem to remember that Chris/Barry posting quotes to support the above. From a live perspective: Bunnymen at their best I'd probably put above Cave though I think their best has been and gone. I can't really comment on if Cave is getting better than he was. I bet he likes best to see substantive posts. Not the fucking idle chatter that's driven some of the most interesting people from the list. A Mac related question... anyone know if he cares at all for Nick Cave's stuff? They both seem to have drunk from the same swagger cup, though I take the Bunnymen over Cave, but Cave over Mac solo. Ronda p.s. I knew things were going to hell when Adams said he wants to leave Boston. Insanity. I'm not going to open old wounds, but I think that it is the crying about "all the talky, talky, talky..." that is the real cause of any problems this list MIGHT have. I am not going to comment on this for a while.
