Hardly surprising though, the city is in a total mess with no-one wanting to run the council ( over a month after the council elections ), rant, rant, rant.. I'm really pleased that Liverpool has got it ( genuine ). Bristol would have been a laughing stock. Besides, they know how to party proper in the Pool !!
