'candleland' was amazing, 'lover lover lover' was just too good. best songs were the ones done properly without bantering, without the croon sessions (and i typically like the crooning). interesting to note, mac announced they're back on a plane to liverpool tomorrow...which nixes the rumor of him attending the coldplay hollywood bowl show on saturday. sucks. pete the bassist sporting a velvet underground t-shirt, which i thought was an electrafixion shirt (similiar boot design). other interesting note, if you're at a show and drinking, keep your mouth shut while the performer performs and/or speaks. i'm fucking through with l.a. crowds. and i'm tired of 10-minute songs. one or two peppered in a setlist, cool. but dragging literally every other song isn't exciting anymore...it's annoying and boring. bantering with the crowd & engaging in light-hearted chatter between some songs, cool. egging on annoying hecklers and bantering during poignant moments of songs is irritating. i guess this wasn't quick after all... ====================================== http://www.bunnymenlist.com ====================================== ------------------------------ End of seven-seas-digest V2 #331 ********************************
