I believe they do too, which is why I've never hounded a celebrity. But I like to try to understand people. I am then constantly surprised by how wrong I am, revise, and start over. There is always a risk taken when one writes about things like this, and I took it. The class system is bullshit. What more can I say? My wife thinks my parents are "posh", but they came from extremely poor and hard-working backgrounds in the North West, and worked even harder themselves to better their existence. Consequently now, in their retirement, they are quite well-to-do, with a decent house and a decent standard of living due to more than adequate pensions. Still doesn't make them middle class. Likewise, I myself have a decent house in a nice street in the nice part of town, but I've only got that courtesy of a big fat redundancy cheque from the Royal Air Force. I'm still working class. And I ain't never voted Tory.
