Dunno if anyone else noticed, but there was a page ( plus a page piccy ) in yesterday's Observer Magazine, and also a section in this month's X-Ray mag, and then of course there was the Radio 6 interview with Steve lamacq http://www.bbc.co.uk/6music/presenters/steve_lamacq/ Interesting to see the wording start as EX-BUNNYMAN .. Pretty shite research for our national radio corporation ( which we pay for through our tv licence fees ). Having said that, The Observer has their page titled "Ian McCulloch, Singer, 43, London".. Not really paid much attention of late.. Has Mac moved to London from Liverpool ?. Okay... Really thinking of doing the Liverpool solo show, but finances are very, very tight ( still no job ). So, anyone know of any ultra cheap hotels in Liverpool ? We stayed in The Gladstone for McNabb at xmas but that's like 60 quid, plus another 40 for petrol and nigh on 30 for tickets.. Any suggestions appreciated.. Trina's right up for it too, which is cool as she usually just goes with the flow when EATB are concerned. If you still want to go, and need a lift, and don't mind the company of 2 strange (!!) guys, let me know. I'm driving, so no worries about trains. I'm not sure who you are, except for seeing your observations on the wedgeweb, but we may well recognise each other from the Wedge.
