[i was playing it in the car on the way to work today.] it has 'rings of saturn' on it - totally beautiful track. unfortunately, island records sat on the album for much too long and the buzz that surrounded the band was gone. also, island decided that he band name was too risque and eastie and co. renamed the band 'balcony dogs'. [the name comes from when eastie lived in london and opposite where he lived was a block of flats and (rather sadly} a dog 'lived' on the balcony of one of the flats]. stevie g. I have a very rare semi acoustic myself that have a similar problem. My problem is like this: it will hum with my home practise Fender amp. I asked a guitar technician and he said it really has to do with matching equipment, there's nothing to fix. Okay, the downside is I never tried his theory yet because I haven't taken it out to get plugged into other gears. However, it means there is a electrical matching grounding issue and it's all electrical, then. So if he could have someone more knowledgeable on electrical engineering give it some thoughts, maybe it is solved. Only works if the problem is the same.
