Hehe I can understand will not being happy about his role on that album, but I truly enjoy this album when it fits my mood. Anyone else get a chance to hear the new johnny marr? (boomslang) Has a touch of fixion to the guitars and song writing... At least that Is my initial observation... Will probably change after a few listens. - -----Original Message----- From: owner-seven-seas@smoe.org [mailto:owner-seven-seas@smoe.org] On Behalf Of Shaz Sent: February 1, 2003 1:08 PM To: seven-seas Cc: villiers-terrace@yahoogroups.com Subject: seven-seas WAYGTDWYL http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2504758030&category=2250 Look at Will's signature on this cd - he's drawn a miserable face on it!!! Much like the 9/11 events. Anyway I was just sitting here getting older and thinking Of these types of events, and thought I'd share. ====================================== http://www.bunnymenlist.com ====================================== ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 1 Feb 2003 18:44:29 -0000 From: "Barry Whiting" Subject: seven-seas Various newspaper bits and bobs Some articles from The Guardian that might interest people here : Johnny Marr and the Healers -- Boomslang Review http://www.guardian.co.uk/arts/fridayreview/story/0,12102,885363,00.html Feelings are a Bourgeois luxury... One of those "where were you when..." moments ZAAAAAAP!!!!! Why did I have to read this before going out to do stuff? The sky really is falling.... it broke up over Central Texas. :-( I cried in early 1986 when the Challenger exploded -- I was listening to the radio rather than my physics professor in college when shortly after 11 am our time it broke on the radio and I interrupted the start of the class and blurted out "The space shuttle exploded!" I was praying that it wasn't the flight that Christa McAuliffe was on -- but it was. She had two young children. You can imagine what this did to a class of several hundred university physics students -- class immediately was dismissed and we all found the closest televisions sets. Can something go right please? Bush was going to meet Blair at Camp David -- now postponed; he will be speaking soon, but I teared up when they quoted Reagan's eulogy to the Challenger crew just now. :-( :-( :-( ====================================== http://www.bunnymenlist.com ====================================== ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 01 Feb 2003 14:11:41 -0500 From: Red Subject: Re: seven-seas OT Current events At 01:01 PM 2/1/03 -0600, you wrote: >Can something go right please?
