Much like myself !! We all stayed at the Camponile for Lipa. That was basic too, and pretty cheap, one of the most reasonable prices I found online (#52 ) along with Ibis. (thanks Stu, I couldn't think of the name of that place) It was clean and sufficient. They had a nice breakfast bar that was included with the room. It was along the Albert Dock and had picnic tables overlooking the water. I quite liked it. But if you're looking for something a little more fancy, you may wanna look somewhere else. Coz this is just basic. But nice.
