I'm not sure if Anima will be with them for this show, and if not, it's going to be quite different anyway as they've toured with them for over 2 years now. That being said, I did see them twice before that time when it was just them and that was also excellent. When they supported Radiohead in Oxford, it was mid afternoon and wasn't especially brilliant and I agree that I think their music needs a roof for the best experience. But, they're last but one at Glasto, so the sun will be starting to set, and it's a magical place, so I'm hoping it will be good. I'm sure you all know Blixa has left the band. Well, someone posted this on the Cave list.... According to the account of the Berlin show, at least, James Johnston (Gallon Drunk) WAS there (on Guitar and Hammond). He's toured with them before so it's not a huge surprise, but I think it's good news for those going to see Nick in the next few weeks. It's not a token award and will do wonders for the city not least due to a massive boost in tourism/inward investment.
