It's free!...and it will be a great show :-) Ive not seen Moby live for years now tho. Caught him back in 95ish when he did the punk band thing at the tiny Hop and Grape in Manc. Was the album Animal Rights? We got given free cd's at the gig too. it was SOOOOO loud! MENTAL! Then i saw him the following year support the RHCP. What I remember being great was he had 2 drummers either side of the stage on platforms facing each other. Enjoy :-) Mark < New DSL Internet Access from SBC & Yahoo! http://sbc.yahoo.com ====================================== Choices! mailto:majordomo@smoe.org Subscribe/unsubscribe Seven-seas Seven-seas-moderated Both available in digest form. ====================================== ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 26 Sep 2002 10:54:15 +0100 From: "Noose Boy" Subject: RE: seven-seas-moderated Straw : Sailing off the end of the World Thanks Anders but I've managed (with some help from Barry) to order a copy from, guess.............www.action-records.co.uk!!!!! Muse has more talent in one fingernail than Radiohead... why any group that has a lead singer who uses falsetto is dumped in the Radiohead-wannabe-bin is beyond me. Is Coldplay an Echo tribute band? If so, then why isn't *Echo* bigger here? Come to think of it though, maybe Americans *do* like regurgitation in a band. One of the last groups to make it big here was Oasis, an unabashed Beatles tribute band. I think I'm going to make a poster that says 'Listen to Muse' and go stand at 6th and Congress downtown during the lunch hour. :-) - --Amy ====================================== Choices! mailto:majordomo@smoe.org Subscribe/unsubscribe Seven-seas Seven-seas-moderated Both available in digest form. ====================================== ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 26 Sep 2002 14:00:11 +0200 From: Subject: seven-seas-moderated -John Squire's voice- I've concluded my research.
