Softskull Press, the publisher, has informed me that our distribution setbacks have been solved, and the book is now available--either via Internet or retail outlets--to anyone who might wish to acquire it. Regarding feedback: If anyone cares to contribute a review of the book to Amazon.com or Barnes and Noble.com, it would be greatly appreciated. I will say that having the surroung sound and the visuals makes the performance much more powerful than the CD soundtrack would seem to indicate... though darn it, Mac, cut back on the fags because they are ruining your voice! (ahem) I decided to wear my Bunnygeek pass around the house, and my eldest asked what it was. I held it out to her to read, and her eyes got all hopeful and she said 'you got a job?' (sigh) I did redeem myself in her eyes by telling her that it was a quiz sort of thing, and that I'd *won* a DVD ;-) as in FREE, and she was debating the relative merits of the the US and UK prizes based on rarity and content and meaningfulness.
