Alright, I havent really shut up, but it was such a good weekend. Beck! Anne, what did you think? I loved the show. He went through a good mix of all of his albums, highlights being- Debra, Tropocalia, One Foot In The Grave, and he encored, ending with Beercan! (yay!) I was consisitently impressed with how he was able to blend genres, words, music, and all these dissonant elements. Plus the fact that there was this grrreat! 70s arena rock vibe. The tricked out mike d circa sabotage boys were back... Rave! My first! And I have to admit, the djs were okay. Hard house, mostly. And they kept referring to everyone as "motherfuckers" and "fuckers" and everything was "shit" Seriously, a vocabulary would have shaken the place up! It was so fun to just dance, though. Dancing for hours and hours and watching all the people and the light show...it was fun! Although I am so sleepy right now. And my family is weirdly enough, all about valentines day, whereas the boy Ive been hanging out with? who knows? I personally dont like this forced hallmarkity, but I would love a card, maybe going out for some food, who knows? We will see. Anyone else swamped with stupid school shit? I am. And I was up for 24 straight hours. Goodnight, Cleveland! ~Elisabeth ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com ------------------------------ End of The Rockford Files V3 #25 ********************************
