But that of course meant that I got to play two sports there... so I'm not complainin'! Bentent up front: I've been hearing "Don't Change..." ALL over the radio these days! Anyone else catching it? I've also been hearing a lot of a song that Ben co-penned... Fleming & John's "Ugly Girl"... Markus! I was psyched for you to see that BeFeF will be playing Seattle (and Portland too -- you heading down to do the two shows thing?) Hey! did everyone read the transcripts from Ben's online chat/Q&A thingy? Very interesting and amusing (just what you've come to expect from the Boys!). One of the funnier bits is Ben complaining about Darren passing out from various forms of alcohol in different cities... it made me giggle here at my desk. What is up with me, you ask? Hmmmm... let's see. Let's do a little stream-of-consciousness work here... Work is X-treemly busy, but still a load of fun. I still have a huge-@ss crush on a guy who works here. I've lost 2 sizes over this summer -- which is nice. I just joined a health club w/ my friend Johanna. There are a lot of cute guys who work out there. I may take up swing dancing. My friend Maura just got back from Mexico where she was doing charity work all summer. My co-ed softball team came in second in the playoffs. I've had a jones for Guinness for a while now -- but now I crave it every weekend. I picked up a "best of..." CD of The Who -- it rocks. I've also been listening to a lot of Bruce; namely Born to Run and Darkness on the Edge of Town. Picked up Santana's latest and I really enjoy that in the car. Weezer's s/t album is also getting a lot of play in my car. Haven't been getting a lot of sleep... there was a week where I *averaged* three hours a night. Oof. Going out after softball games and getting up at 5 am will do that to you. Plus, living an hour outside of Boston can kind of suck at times. I'm looking forward to playing a little field hockey this fall. My brain ran out of juice (translation: need more coffee) so I will sign off. Hail Eris! (Hey Eric!) :) Toodle-loo! - -Anne ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 8 Sep 1999 13:56:14 -0400 From: john_oc@juno.com Subject: Off Topic Markus, not that I am a huge fan, but Penn State played in the kick off classic against then #3 ranked ARIZONA!!! Akron was their second game. Yes, I will agree, Akron is a push over, but PSU went out on a limb with Arizona and then proceeded to demolish them. Absolutely crush them. Sorry Stacy. College footbal I will pay attention to at the end of the season when championships etc are being decided... stacy On Wed, 8 Sep 1999 john_oc@juno.com wrote: > Markus, not that I am a huge fan, but Penn State played in the kick off > classic against then #3 ranked ARIZONA!!!
