George just earned 30 cool points for being a Moxy Fruvous fan. "Happy Birthday Tricia. I'm in the Michigan Militia..." As long as we're still making add ons to the Soundtrack, I have to throw in "Islands in the Sky" by the Suicide Machines. Nothing like some hardcore Detroit ska-punk to make you forget about Kid Rock and Eminem for a while. ;) And for Red Hot Chilli Peppers, you gotta go with "Sir Psycho Sexy" but for Big Sexy himself, Anoop. ;) And for the final touch, Space Ghost and Brak, with "Don't Touch Me." Anything else anyone can add on? Call me "Prof" Hee hee... Im watching the Buccaneers on PBS. Mira Sorvino has a wacky accent...oh, the edwardians. Those hats! Its a gorgeous film; its just so boring. The WB can stop having peripheral characters come out of the closet because it mirrors my life too much. Especially with Noel, the good Boston Irish boy, dealing with his brother being gay. Make the brother move to San Francisco and dear god, that is exactly my life. And to give Noel some "boston" cred, they have a Mighty Mighty Bosstones poster in his room. Hahaha. I get to teach classes of my peers at the MIT Educational Studies Program. (Im teaching at MIT!) and the classes are on 1)The films of Wes Anderson 2)David Sedaris and funny essays. Im SOOO excited. ~Elisabeth ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 24 Feb 1999 02:05:09 -0500 From: "Leigh 13" Subject: Two Questions Ok folks, rack your brains: 1) I've quoted Ben Folds in the past saying that Emaline and Dr Pyser would both be on the new album. Does anyone know what came of that, and why they're not appearing? 2) Does anyone have a set list for BFF at Ziggy's, I think the date was 8/17/95 or 8/17/96. Thanks! Also, I put up some vidcaps from the Fleming & John documentary (just the parts with Ben) at http://members.tripod.com/ex13/twwa.htm. - - Leigh 13 ------------------------------ End of The Rockford Files V2 #77 ********************************
