I'm broke, and I managed to find some gifts for my sweetie. Nothing too extravagant, but I tried. He was so pleased with what I gave him, but he didn't even give me a card in exchange. So we went out for a cheap lunch, and that was it. Nothing on his end, not even a freaking card! When I told him I felt somewhat sad that he didn't give me a card or anything, he got all pissed off stating that he's working the midnight shift at the psych emergency this month, and how I should be more understanding. Yeah, I've been doing my best to take care of him, as I know it's stressful, but I'm at the breaking point. If this dude doesn't send me some flowers soon, he's outta here! I'm just angry about not getting anything from my sweeite on Valentines day. I just needed to vent.
