But this past weekend was so fabulous that I just *had* to share. Thursday, Scott arrived. Me and him and Sandi had a lovely dinner at Mama Dip's that reminded me of Sundays at my grandma's. Saturday was the big adventure. Kim and her friends, my best friend and her roomie, and SARA MILLER! arrived. Kim, Sandi, Scott, Sara, and I had a wonderful time chatting with Jump, Little Children after their little acoustic show at Borders. Those guys are just the greatest, even if Jonathan does have some weird child molestation thing. (By the way, that is a joke and I am not implying anything about Jonny at all.) Saturday night's show was great, too, I must tell everyone to go give the Marvelous Three a listen. Those guys are nuts, and fun, and true showmen. "How about some pink lemonade..just the shade of your lipstick, so hick I love it"...sigh. Jump rocks. Hard. So anyway, we had a little BFF reunion at the J,LC show and it was wonderful. We took lots of pictures so everyone can see what the southern representatives of Befefans are up to. Sadly, though, it's over. But no classes tomorrow because UNC is turning 205 years old. Whee!
