Since I have no kids of my own, and my apartment does not allow me to have pets (but it's so cheap!), and I'm a girl, I do think love to think of names! Trent or Trevor if it's a boy. Tracy if it's a girl, but I do like the "Kate Anne" idea, expecially since my middle name is Anne. No, I didn't open a baby name book and look at the "T" section. I've liked those names for years, and I didn't realize the "T" connection until I posted. BFF content - I just had to post to get used to the new format. I'll miss Erik being the moderator. But I know he'll still be there. And I hope the other Eric keeps me posted on any kind of fan get-together in the Michigan area. Come on, it's just too cool for words. For a girl, Crystal Ryan. Crystal was going to be both my brother and my name, if the gene fairy made us into women. Ryan, however, is my ex-girlfriend's middle name, and I've always loved it. As long as we're on the subject of names, my porno name, which I think just rocks, is Rocky James. My soap opera name, which I'm not too wild about is Bernard Lake Park. Probably have to hyphenate that... Anyway, it's quarter 'til 7, and I still haven't slept yet. Oy. Laters! Bite your tongue dear boy...bite your tongue. Anne mentioned that a friend of hers dated the drummer of White Lion. And yes, he was the skankiest looking one in the group...his name is Greg D'Angelo. I know I will probably be tortured for knowing that, but hey, I was quite the metal chick. Ask me the names of any band members from any of those bands (Poison, Motley Crue, Twisted Sister, Britny Fox, Cinderella, Winger, Skid Row, ahhh, I could go on forever) and I will certainly know it right off the top of my head. Pretty scary. Anyway, Greg was a very nice guy, and I must say, Anne, if you friend was dating him back in like '88, I probably met her too. Very, very strange. How about the name Seven for a boy. It's just such a perfect word...Seven. Not to be confused with the movie of course...that would be horrible... - --idnaS ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 14 Mar 1998 15:53:38 PST From: "Jessica T" Subject: Re: The Rockford Files V1 #51 Hello my fellow filers! My name's Jessica and I mostly lurk, and amuse myself with all your humorous antics...but I just had to post about that rocker Tommy Lee thing....I listened to the Edge interview on the radio, and it was very odd. Ben said "This next song is dedicated to rocker Tommy Lee" and then went right into 'Selfless, Cold and Composed'. He! And in the middle of TBOWCCL you could hear Ben over an instrumental part going "...Rocker Tommy Lee.....ohmigawd....I LOVE him...." I think I'm messed up for life, now. I CAN'T BELIEVE THERE'S ANOTHER CANADIAN HERE!!! I guess I'll have to give up my title as the Original Canadian Fan, since you were here first. Blast! I'm going to take a chance and watch Dawson's Creek this week...Could someone please let me know if this is the kind of show you watch alone, with friends, or only when your parents are out? One last thing: I know there's someone on this list with the address 'thoma@somethingsomething' That really creeps my out, since that's my last name. Are YOU the mysterious missing Thoma? Hey guys! So someone else noticed the Emma Lyons/Emaline connection... I wasn't going to mention it, but it's there all the same. But I like Emma anyway -- not just for the Bentent (as I believe I mentioned to Emily when I told her how much I liked her name! *grin*). Let me think... do I have anything else to say? No... not really. Watched Clerks again today... what a great first movie that was. Worth it just for the lines: "That's because I'm not a hermaphrodite." "Not many are..." Oh yeah! I've meant to ask before... so are the guys in the studio right now? Or are they soon to be? I thought I had heard something way back about March of '98, but you know about my episodes, now... so I could be wrong!
