As far as i know, promo albums aren't that rare, it's just that we aren't usually in the right place. The radio station I work at got a copy of the album, but the only difference was a hole punched through the barcode and a sticker that said the album was property of the distributing label. The OHWIR Uk promo was ltd to 1500 copies. But limited literally means there is a limit of how many actually exist. Unlike singles which are available for reprinting on the same index. I'm not sure, when I reviewed it I never actually took it out of the case since I already had the album myself.
