I'm thinking they're just hard to find...too early in the morning to think right now...like I hope that Push it cd promo is easier to find/buy after radio play dies down, or something. We found that seemingly way rare Supervixen promo in a store in Pittsburgh for a dollar, after not seeing it anywhere else forever, and the two Net sites that have it sell it for $8...I still need the OHWIR promo with the Single remix though. (Me is pathetic that way) With Push it, I've seen/heard about the promo vinyls being easier to come by, more than the cd promos...could just be me not looking in the right places... I'll just say again for the record...Puff Daddy is gonna work with everyone, probably before the end of the millennium even...nobody is safe! (Me is > pathetic that way) Well, yeah, they're obviously hard to find, but if indeed they are 100-1000 copies each, then i can understand why some people charge craploads for early promos or whatever... personally, i find promos stupid, like if i have the song somewhere else and there aren't any other tracks on it...i have a uk stupid girl promo cd and i bought it only cos it had no tracklisting, but it turns out its the same damn album version...woo hoo...on the other hand, promos are nice if you only want one song and don't feel like the whole album(like Travis), cos i can get them pretty cheap over here...i cant justify paying $20 for some promo cd or anything, but maybe that's just me... and on a sorta related note, i only brought this up cos a story popped into my head this weekend about this sort of limited/hard to find thing, cos people tend to think hard to find means limited...anyways, the story was from the fall of 1990 and these french languague hockey cards were avaliable here in the US and everyone thought they were limited cos people couldnt find them, subsequently driving up prices to highly bloated levels...then the whole house of cards collapsed when people realized that they weren't all that limited, but just that they were harder to find cos they were only released in Canada...and they weren't even *that* limited in the end... kev http://www.geocities.com/SouthBeach/Marina/6273/index.html np: 16 Days by Whiskeytown on WOXY "Fight against radio!
