Ah, the glory of having HTML links stripped out by the list software. (Not that I don't support that, mind you.) Plain URLs have always come through fine for me, and I always send links that way, so I never had mine stripped out. Here's Amanda's photos link. http://s36.photobucket.com/albums/e33/LucifersWaitress/Tori-%20Santa%20Barbara/ Some really great photos on there, I have to say. Amanda had a great seat, and took a ton of wonderful photos. My fave of the ones I've seen so far is this one. http://s36.photobucket.com/albums/e33/LucifersWaitress/Tori-%20Santa%20Barbara/?action=view¤t=121307Tori19.jpg But I'm an admitted piano partisan. She got the full piano in frame, and more detail underneath it than one hardly ever sees. It looks like such a new piano! I wonder how she feels about playing this one, as opposed to the old 275. This one always just *looks* so short to me, but I have no complaints about the sound of it. It sounded fine at the concerts I attended. The 275 was like a friend, though. I talked about it with Marcel on the 2005 tour. He seemed to have special feelings for it, too. I missed Marcel on this tour. What, does he have a LIFE? For shame! I made some minor color adjustments to two photos of the venue to open up more detail, and enrich the color of the sky. http://66.225.223.8/~handal/2007.12.13_Santa_Barbara I really feel as if I were right there on the day of the concert. I wish more people took photos of the outside--and inside--of the venues. Thanks, Amanda. Be seeing you, Richard Handal, H.G. ------------------------------ End of precious-things-digest V12 #114 **************************************
