Not that *I* recall. I think the likelihood is that each of them came across Pele on her own when in Hawai'i. I think Tori was influenced in this instance by Dolly Parton about as much as I believe Kate Bush invented the box for use on an album cover, and that anyone from then forward who uses a box on an album cover must be copying *her*, which is to say, I find it entirely ludicrous. And those of us without broadband who wish to use YouTube aren't prevented from doing so; one needs only to press the pause button when the page renders and let the video load before playing it. I wish more sites were as friendly overall as YouTube is. They *could* be if they cared enough to not marginalize millions of people. Dolly really put the 'c' in camp with this video, huh? Wowie.
