Hi, Has anyone in the UK or Europe received the bonus bootleg, box and stickers yet? I ordered all the previous bootlegs using the same e-mail address and was assured that I would get the bonus items, but they've yet to materialise - the others arrived very quickly. Anyone else still waiting or, better yet, has anyone in the UK or mainland Europe received theirs? With these promotions I always wonder if they'll exclude people outside North America!
