In Santa Barbara, CA Tuesday, September 13th at the Santa Barbara Bowl. I think this song was only played twice, including the OS Tour. Yeah, Matt Page's review that is sent to Mikewhy says: "Tonight's version of Upside Down was fantastic tonight, and only the second time this has been played live this year." - --- Tony Fernandes wrote: > > Tom xxxxx wrote: "Anybody else have songs they want > on the forthcomingg > boots?" > > I realize she didn't play this song on the tour, but > I would LOVE to hear > Upside Down. > > Tony > > > > What's more likely? I forget which show, but you can find it on Sped's database or on The Dent. Cheers, Tom M. "Can you Mr. Bush light the sage" - --- Tori Amos, "Indian Summer" ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 29 Sep 2005 13:07:21 -0400 From: gigdesiree@aol.com Subject: Tori Sightings Ladies and Gentlemen... While planning for our annual 80's theme party, I picked up the Pat Benatar Greatest Hits cd. Inside, there was a neat quote from Tori and various other female artists. Tori's reads: "When I was teaching at a Methodist Children's choir in Maryland, I was moonlighting between the church and Pat Benatar concerts. I remember an old lady in the church, whose mouth was always in the shape of a sour prune, demanding that I tell her why I was dressed in the vulgar manner that I was. I put my hand over my heart and said, 'I pledge allegiance to the microphone of the Pat Benatar wannabes of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one black teddy, under goddess, whith lingerie and bodice for all.'" --Tori Amos April '99 I thought that was just great. I hope this isn't redundant to anyone else who has seen this. It's just a great quote reflecting Tori's everlasting spunk. sincerely, Dez Matejka ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 29 Sep 2005 13:40:11 EDT From: Lisa071573@aol.com Subject: Re: precious-things-digest V10 #181 In a message dated 9/28/2005 10:37:48 PM Pacific Daylight Time, owner-precious-things-digest@smoe.org writes: I realize she didn't play this song on the tour, but I would LOVE to hear Upside Down.
