I actually saw a huge billboard not far from Newark airport advertising the jones beach concert. i was quite impressed as i had never seen that much print promotion. it is still actually up :) i like driving by it ;) - -ellen - --- Amanda Bradley wrote: > > What I've always wondered is why doesn't Tori make > her > own damn label (besides the one she used to produce > Pet's CD)? Oh, sorry to be unclear. I wasn't trying to make a point. I was just offering data. It wasn't meant to be an editorial! :-) In fact, while goofing around with the data, I noticed that these four shows had less variety than other randomly selected groups of four shows. So, in the end, the data supports your point! - - Brian ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 28 Sep 2005 01:16:13 +0100 From: "pete lambert" Subject: Re: precious-things-digest V10 #178 Here's a question for you Brian King of Stats - On this tour it's felt to me like Tori's devoting far less of her set to The Latest Album than usual (4 UK shows and I didnt get a single Garlands, Parasol, Cars+Guitars or Toast - and only one Knickers! - but then being at London 2 we got the only plays of Hoochie and Witness, so it cuts both ways). Do the facts agree? - - I hust noticed - she hasnt played Precious Things once! I suppose she must feel she took it as far as she could with the band. Be amazing to hear it on the organ one day....
