(unfortunately, as far as we know, there are no plans for a dvd release of tori's entire appearance on soundstage.) second, musictap mentioned (in their "music dvds" section) that tori would be releasing a dvd called "welcome to sunny florida" on may 4th. cdon.com followed up with two new listings: * live - the scarlet sessions * the scarlet sessions the first appears to be an album while the second is identified as a "musik-dvd". both have a release date of may 5th. the similar release date makes it likely that these are the same thing but, as of yet, there is no information about what will be on this release (of course, there is nothing about this on epic's website or toriamos.com). since two live performances were recorded -- the "scarlet sessions" show in new york and the final show of the tour in west palm beach, you'd have to think that one or both of those recordings will be used for the dvd -- not to mention that the title "welcome to sunny florida" implies that it would be the west palm beach show. also, one wonders what "music-dvd" really means. does that mean dvd-audio or a regular dvd with video? or something else? perhaps the dual listing on cdon.com indicates separate cd and dvd-audio releases of the same thing? guess we'll just have to wait and see.... woj p.s. was it known that the scarlet's walk website is alive and kicking at ? i stumbled across that while looking at the epic site for anything about this dvd thing. ------------------------------ End of precious-things-digest V9 #36 ************************************
