There are a bunch of "not so bright" bidders on eBay who are always paying too much for junk. These auctions are par for eBay and nothing special so I'm not doing a damned thing about them. Dolts will be dolts! Let them suffer in peace. ><< Date: Wed, 07 Aug 2002 12:50:58 -0700 >From: guapo stick >Subject: Re: sampler >apparently, some radio stations have received the scarlet's walk sampler >(although this makes little sense to me if epic doesn't want radio to be >playing any of the songs yet), but the main recipients appear to be >magazines and other print media. KROQ is part of a huge media conglomerate and it was probably sent to anothe division who mistakenly sent it to their radio station. I doubt that Sony/Epic EVER sent it to any radio station since no other station has gotten in trouble yet and I doubt any will except by their own purposeful misdeeds. P.S. - KROQ has always supported Tori and someone was just to eager to play it when it arrived on their desk and didn't check since it was clearly a legitimate promotional CD. ------------------------------ End of precious-things-digest V7 #178 *************************************
