Are you referring the Cosmo article a few years back? I know there was an
article where she referenced "doing a bit of blow" and there was confusion.
Apparently in Britian, "blow" is slang for pot.  It seems to be pretty well
assumed that Tori talks about drugs more than she does them since she's so
careful of her voice and her health (and has had so many health problems).
I could be missing out on some huge drug experience she's mentioned in
interviews, but in my memory, it's not a big part of her life (especially
now with a family, I'd guess).  I can see Tori just thinking the shirt is
really funny--I'm no drug fiend but I would wear it because it makes me
laugh. :)
