I hope she does what is best for her and for the songs. I will love it, because Tori is mult-dimensional enough to do well with anything the Muse shows her. Funny stuff. (I checked the print version of the > magazine to be sure, BTW.) Muh? I'm pretty sure the Lyrics book has it as "two sons". Unfortunately I can't check right now because I'm housesitting and this house doesn't seem to have the Lyrics book. (Gasp!) Maybe this condundrum is best handled by invoking full-on geek mode and always referring to it by the following regexp: "/t[w|o]o s[o|u]ns/" (Oh boy... that was so bad even *I* didn't think it was funny. ;-) But seriously, it's interesting that, given all the rich and compelling language on this album, she says that that line is "one of the most important lines in the entire record for [her]..." It's also interesting that she mentions the Cain and Abel reference briefly; that allusion hadn't dawned on me at all. - -- - ----------------------------------------------------------------------- http://www.well.com/~btanaka/tori - Gxis la kokino, oreloj kun futoj... - ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------ End of precious-things-digest V7 #132 *************************************
