You didn't just get 200 people all saying "Kate Bush!", which I'm sure Tori would be relieved about... I mean, Kate is fab, but The Church of Tori is a damn site broader than some might give us credit for :-)< Damn right! I mean shit. I, of all people, listen to KID ROCK. (I'm female, etc etc..) you'd think I'd hate him for being so.. objective--if that's the proper word for it--towards women, but I don't cuz I figure he'll grow up eventually--hell he IS getting married and settling down, finally! get my point? :) I looooove having such diverse tastes in music.. I actually played some Tori for my mom a few weeks ago, and she said "I can see why you like her." I was like "why's that?" She said "she's very diverse in her style. She doesn't just do one style for the whole album." I'm like "YEP!" and that's actually, funnily enough, why I like Michael Jackson.. the reason why I like all the "unusual" or "weird" artists are cuz they're usually pretty diverse.. and mainly because.. damn it, they're different. They're so different from the MTV standard that gets played all day and night these days.. it's a wonderful change of pace for me to listen to stuff by MJ and Tori instead of yet ANOTHER pop song by yet ANOTHER teen group/singer.. and that's all I see anymore. :P Sincerely, Cyndi S. Speaking of which, does anyone happen to know at which show the Baker Baker footage on that site (http://www.deadboots.com/~darkstar/mp3/tori/tori_video/ specifically) was shot? It seems to be song two of the Friday 11 February 1994 "Tonight Show with Jay Leno" appearance, the first of which was God. If anyone can explain what happened to the eight years that have passed since then I'd like to know where I can find them. Thanks.
