YAYNESS!! okay, now that a few people have replied, here are my choices. :) LE: (I'm trying to only pick two here.. SO DIFFICULT!) let's see.. as much as I love Crucify.. (it grabbed me by the throat and more or less beat me over the head with a very large object.. lol..) I'll pick China and Mother.. UTP: The Waitress (gotta love any song where you can scream along to "but I believe in peace / I believe in peace BITCH") and Icicle. BFP: hmmmmmmmm.. Doughnut Song.. and.. I'd like to say Hey Jupiter, but I like the Dakota mix lots better so I'll pick Marianne. I'd also like to pick Caught A Lite Sneeze cuz I remember liking the video back when I saw it in '96 (I just didn't become a fan until I saw the Hey Jupiter vid at school 2 months ago.) FTCH: I love all of them, this is probably my favorite album--but.. the two I've played on repeat are Liquid Diamonds and Northern Lad.. beautiful songs. :) TV&B1: I must pick Bliss.. this song.. especially when viewing the video.. makes me feel like I'm losing my head and like I almost want to cry or SOMETHING.. and Datura.. it ROCKS!!! TV&B2: Bells For Her and The Waitress (again.. you GOTTA love a song that involves screaming "BUT I BELIEVE IN PEACE, BITCH!" *grin!*) SLG: ummmmmm... hmm.. Enjoy The Silence and New Age are good ones.. they're all good but those two would deserve a few replays. :) well, those are my choices! now what about all the rest of you ears with feet, huh?? Hi EWF ~ Did I see my name mentioned? Micah! Sweets! It's so good to hear from you! Sorry about the relationship falling apart, but it's better you know now & find the person who is suited better for you. About my online romance - Yup, Jim & I have been married 6 months now :-) It's going splendidly. He's wonderful :-) The move to the UK comes soon. It's taking forever, progress has been delayed by stuff I can't discuss on here, but it's happening soon. Then everyone will have to get used to me having a new email, I'll have to get used to it! How odd will that be? My recommendation for anyone meeting someone online is to bring a cell phone and have it on. You should pre-decide on code words, undetectable to anyone but your best friend. Like pizza for good. "Oh, so you had pizza?" Meaning all is well. Or Brad Pitt for bad - "Did you see that guy who looks like Brad Pitt?" Meaning this guy is a creep and I'm out of here. At a predetermined time have your best friend call - then use a code word to let them know if you are safe or need help. If he's a creep you then use your friend as an excuse to get out of there - As in: "Oh shoot!" (Into phone: look worried). Then to the creep: "Oh man, I have to go now there is an emergency at home!" Then you leave while still talking to your friend. I hope this is making sense. Whatever it takes, you just want to be able to walk out of there safe. I trusted Jim but you just never know. My most excellent friend Tom called several times during our first get together and I felt safer for it. Tom kept saying something like: "Are you SURE it's pizza???" I responded: "It's sooo PIZZA PIZZA PIZZA!" Honestly, our meeting and relationship couldn't have gone better. I am hopeful for you Micah my friend :-) KEEP ME POSTED GIRLY! I should answer the posted question so woj doesn't feel the absolute need to drop my post. (Tho he & Mike have that right. PT is theirs.) What was the question again? Oh yeah --- <> Hey, what's wrong with YKTR??? Sometimes I might get in a Pirates mood - I want to glam up & swing my sword all night. J/K! Isn't the question similar to faves? God, how many here know MysT's fave T song? All at once now: Tear In Your Hand. So I guess that's it. Followed by her cover of Zep's Thank You. I love Riot Poof and Finn - now those are polar opposites aren't they! Let's round out the bunch with Father Lucifer Sylkscreen remix. I could listen to those all night. Nice to meet you Cyndi :-) Pizza for Everyone! Toodles ~ MysT *Daisy are you there? **Dang, I acted like a Mom again.
