I was unable to record the session the night it came on, what about 2 yrs or so ago. I had hoped to find someone with a copy of it but have been unsuccessfull. I will gladly supply a blank tape and pay all shipping charges if anyone can help me out with this or if someone is interested in selling a copy that they may have. If anyone can help me with this, it would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks and Happy New Year to all!!! michelle ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 4 Jan 2002 08:59:02 -0500 From: strange little woj Subject: tori in poland toriamos, com has been updated: Thursday, January 3 Recently, Tori visited Poland for the first time ever. During the European leg for the 2001 Strange Little Tour, Tori did a live performance for Polish Radio 3. A list of 118 songs were compiled from listeners of MiniMax Polskie Radio III. there are links to pictures from the event as well as the list of radio 3's listeners' favorite tori songs . woj ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 04 Jan 2002 11:19:31 -0500 From: "n'woj" Subject: tori unplugged thanks to m for forwarding this! >Date: Thu, 3 Jan 2002 19:48:27 -0800 (PST) >From: M >Subject: Tori Unplugged on MTV2 Jan 6 (Sunday) >To: woj@smoe.org > >Hi, I haven't seen this on The Dent or on your >PT list- MTV2 is having an Unplugged Marathon >Sat and Sun. I've been trying to access the grammy site, but it's down right now. I do remember Stevie Nicks and Lucinda Williams also being nominated in that category. Kelly If you think education is expensive, try ignorance. ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 04 Jan 2002 12:28:15 -0500 From: "Kelly Stitzel" Subject: more grammys It would appear that Strange Little Girls was also nominated as an album in the Alternative Music category. Other nominees include Coldplay, Bjork and Radiohead. Stevie Nicks might win just on name recognition alone but Tori is also respected enough to have a chance in this one. It's just that Stevie's song got even less airtime than Tori's. All the hyped singers are in the "pop" catagories. ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 04 Jan 2002 17:34:41 -0500 From: Shaman Subject: Re: best rock vocal performance nominees n'woj wrote: > > someone on the dent forum wrangled out the nominees for the other category: > > Best Female Rock Vocal Performance > > For a solo vocal performance. None of these songs got any hype this year so it's soft enough that she has a slight chance of being cursed with one. ------------------------------ End of precious-things-digest V7 #2 ***********************************
