I think Tori chose RW for her opening act because she has extremely good taste (of course!). Beware of a little girl with huge boots and her friend hunting down Ruf after his set. ;D Kris ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 07 Oct 2001 17:09:57 +0100 From: "Richard Austin" Subject: Amsterdam Gig Hi Folks, Is anybody else having no joy at all with buying tickets online from http://www.ticketservice.nl ? I've tried for the last two days and all I get is "There is a problem, try again later". The serious bad news is that my friend who lives (& could have walked to the box office) there chose THIS week to go on Holiday to the UK !! The timing of some people :-) Oh bother. The line was busy each time I tried to dial that number. I've looked up some ticket service agencies in the Netherlands that you could try. You'll have to figure out yourself how to dial those telephone numbers from your country (usually: remove first zero, add country prefix) and I can't guarantee that they sell/send tickets to people outside the Netherlands. I'm not sure about the others. NOTE: The first 27 rows sold out in 45 minutes. Each row is approx 60 seats wide. There are 3500 seats available. It wouldn't surprise me if the concert is sold out already. I'd on the main floor (right side) in row G or something but it's seat 22 so it's not near the middle aisle but off to the side. I got a much better seat for a closer show that I'll probably go to instead unless no one wants this ticket. ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 7 Oct 2001 21:53:09 EDT From: Dracovixen@aol.com Subject: NYC Tickets Ok, I earlier sent this e-mail out saying that I had two pairs of tickets to the NYC shows. I've sold one pair, and the person who was buying the second pair bailed. It's for Wednesday's show. They are orchestra seats, Row F, seats 17 and 19. If you are interested, e-mail me asap. Unfortunately, mail is closed tomorrow, but I can send them overnight mail, as long as you send your money (including mail price) on Tuesday. I am doing this on a basic "we're all Toriphiles" trust system. Two tickets total with mail price are $120. By the way, I may be in NYC on that Wednesday. I will determine this by Tuesday. It might be better that we design a meeting place, and continue the trade there. - -Black Dove ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 7 Oct 2001 22:23:43 EDT From: Dracovixen@aol.com Subject: Re: precious-things-digest V6 #189 Hey MysT, Oh my god, those wings were beautiful. Especially Black Dove, I'm partial to the song, but man, those wings made me drool. I also liked Etienne, Father Lucifer, Winter, Little Earthquakes, Northern Lad, and Lust. Keep up the good work! I can't bid on them unfortunately, but I'm sure you'll get bids a'plenty. I just wanted to tell you that they were awesome.
