If Tori decides to postpone the NY leg of the tour, I think everyone, especially the EWF would understand, maybe that's why we haven't gotten our tix yet? Maybe they are not printed??? There is an option when you are purchasing (at least through Metro Tix) that allows you to cancel the transaction before it charges your card. At this point, it has already advised you of your seats. If you dont like the location, I would suggest cancelling the transaction and trying again. Of course you run the risk of getting even shittier seats the next go around, but it is a suggestion. It started out very frustrating and it took me about seven hours but I did get floor tickets. It says row D so I'm not sure if they will have chairs set up on the floor. I'm very exciting that whether there are chairs put down or not I might have fourth row tickets!! :) I've never been that close before. I've been to the Bronco Bowl three times before and to the person-I'm sorry I deleted the email already-who is in section J, it isn't too bad actually. I was in Section H when I saw Smashing Pumpkins and I could see fine. It's a small venue. :) Hope that helps you feel a little better. faerie blessings, Charissa ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 14 Sep 2001 19:12:53 -0400 From: nadyne@mindspring.com Subject: Re: (no subject) ToriBoi@aol.com wrote: > I know this is completley irreveland with everything going on and > the millions of hearts bleeding around the world and especially in > New York today. If Tori decides to postpone the NY > leg of the tour, I think everyone, especially the EWF would > understand, maybe that's why we haven't gotten our tix yet? Maybe > they are not printed??? TicketMaster is generally pretty slow about mailing out tickets. They're usually sent out 2-3 weeks after the tickets are purchased (sometimes more or less, depending on how far away the event is). If TM has already printed the tickets, remember that essentially all methods of delivery that aren't carrier pigeon are largely shut down due to this week's shutdown of American airspace. It's going to take a fair period of time for everyone to catch up, from the US Postal Service to FedEx. If TM hasn't already printed the tickets, you're still in pretty good shape. The concert(s), after all, aren't until early October. There is no word that any of the shows on Tori's regular tour have been cancelled [1]. In all likelihood, this decision has not yet been made. If the concerts are rescheduled, ticket holders will be given the option of either getting a refund or using their tickets for the rescheduled performance; they -may- be able to trade their tickets in for another performance. If the concerts are cancelled, TicketMaster will refund the purchase price of the tickets. HTH. /nm [1] I did specify the regular tour. The New York Times event scheduled for this weekend has been cancelled. Those who purchased tickets will receive a refund, and will receive information later about how to purchase tickets again if it is rescheduled. ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 14 Sep 2001 20:22:29 EDT From: PeleBlow17@aol.com Subject: correction (Dallas show) Sorry...I was in section J at the SP show and I remember the person earlier is in section K. For future ticket buyers, if you can, try to avoid Section H and P. They are on the sides of the stage and the view is usually blocked. I thought I should clarify that since I said the view was good earlier from Section H. Oh, Tori is having the chairs set up on the floor! I can't believe I'm that close. :) Good luck to people who haven't purchased yet. more faerie blessings, Charissa ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 14 Sep 2001 21:41:46 -0400 From: strange little woj Subject: Re: (no subject) when we last left our heroes, ToriBoi@aol.com (ToriBoi@aol.com) exclaimed: >I know this is completley irreveland with everything going on and the >millions of hearts bleeding around the world and especially in New York >today.
