Once upon a time, Tori did a lot of backing vocals while trying to make some money and get into the music business. One of the artists she did backing vocals for was Tom Jones, on his album _The Lead and How to Swing It_. The song that you have, "I Wanna Get Back with You", is from that album. Do yourself a favour and don't pick up a copy of the album unless you're a big ole Tori collector. And even if you are a collector, make sure that you store it in a plain brown wrapper. You should not mix that CD in with the rest of your CDs without protecting them. The cover features Tom in a white mesh shirt and ultra-tight baby blue pants. Having something like that on display where innocent people can stumble across it is likely against the Geneva Convention. /nm {err, did I mention I don't like Tom Jones?} ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 02 Apr 2001 10:42:17 EDT From: Mallettdove@aol.com Subject: Tori Amos ~Classics~ Part of my sentence got cut off right after my list of songs. Not really to be "corrected." I love DCD and Delerium and I agree with him. As well as his Kristen Hersh correlation. I saw her open for Brendan Perry from DCD. _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 02 Apr 2001 10:56:21 -0400 From: recount chocula Subject: Re: Marianne Live from the River Music Hall Vol. 1 when we last left our heroes, Mallettdove@aol.com exclaimed: >I tried the link at thedent.com/wxrv.html and it didn't work.
