The cases involve the Ciudad Juarez area, across the border from El Paso, and efforts to match some fingerprints. Bond is $25,000 for 24-year-old Jose Juarez Rosales, who's a Mexican national. Dallas County sheriff's deputies arrested Rosales at an apartment on a warrant for bond forfeiture in a 2000 driving while intoxicated case. Authorities believe Rosales has been living in the Dallas area for about one year with his sister and working at a computer store. Detectives had received information that Rosales is considered by the Mexican government to be a sexual predator and alleged serial killer. Rosales is suspected of kidnapping, raping and killing several women in the Juarez area in the 1990's. Investigators say some victims were dismembered. Immigration officials also want to talk to Rosales, who's facing deportation.
