I presonally have never heard Tori refer to herself as rabbit. In Cornflake Girl, Tori has said "rabbit" is a Native American symbol for fear. Also, Tori has a friend who goes by Rabbit, so it could be both. When talking about Al Stewart, she was merely mentioning his album (or song, I'm not sure exactly) Year of the Cat. If you want to know what symbol Tori was born under, go into a Chinese restaurant and find 1963 on one of those paper place-mats. :) j'ason ~~ t o r i p h o r i a the Word of Tori Amos www.crosswinds.net/~nosaidyes In a message dated 10/22/2000 9:43:46 AM Eastern Daylight Time, lauren15@hotmail.com writes: << I was curious what 'Chinese' year Tori was born in. More specifically, she is a 'Water Rabbit,' as Chinese Astrology vacillates through not only a zodiac, but the five elements: water, earth, wood, metal and fire. Here's a link, if you want a little more info: http://cat.nyu.edu/liaos/calendar.html "Year of the Cat" is a song by Al Stewart. There is no cat in Chinese Astrology; there is, however, a tiger.
