I just didn't get the same feel out of it.. then again, i'm a bigger fan of tori + the band than just tori and the piano...i like her to rock out mostly ;0) anthony :) ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 16 Aug 2000 23:32:03 EDT From: JNe9027355@aol.com Subject: concerts ive never been to a tori show. does the audience dance most of the time or what? ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 16 Aug 2000 23:33:06 EDT From: JNe9027355@aol.com Subject: tori apparel please link me to graphics displaying tori shirts, coats, etc. thanks, AJ ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 17 Aug 2000 02:14:00 EDT From: JNe9027355@aol.com Subject: great thread @ http://www.atforumz.com/ i never knew how much actress Andie MacDowell resembled tori. http://www.atforumz.com/showthread.php?threadid=8216&pagenumber=1 ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 16 Aug 2000 23:31:31 EDT From: JNe9027355@aol.com Subject: Re: precious-things-digest V5 #185 In a message dated 8/15/2000 10:41:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time, owner-precious-things-digest@smoe.org writes: << Richard Handal, H.G. >> Are you related to tori or work for her? - -AJ ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 17 Aug 2000 03:18:14 EDT From: Mysterilady2001@cs.com Subject: ***~* 6 *~*** & "A Case of You" ***~* 6 *~*** BTW... BEFORE any silly people get all high and mighty, YES, I know the song was not written by My Goddess... but as many of you would definitely agree... it IS her song. Follow? Some covers are more HERS than the writer's. Famous Blue Raincoat, If 6 Was 9 and Ring My Bell are 3 others. I'm fence sitting on Thank You. Those who have been to Tori shows for years and years back me up here... At Tori shows you sit and you clap - nothing more. You don't speak unless you want to be pelted by someone you're disturbing.... I just wanted to say thanks to those who answered my question about the Little Earthquakes font and suchlike. Just to say, I couldn't find the font that someone suggested to me (I think they called it 'Century School' or something), however, I DID find another one, and if it isn't the same, then it is extremely similar. It's called 'Imperial', and if anyone would like a download of it, I'll send it to you. (you have until September 3rd. Then I go back to France). Thanks again Laura *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ "Copper to Steel, To a hinge that is faltered, One which lets you in, You've been wasting all my time, This time, I said you never learned to take, And if I'm hanging on to your shade, I guess I'm way beyond the pale" Tori Amos Can't contact me here? Gypped? Honey, look at the original prices and compare. Under the Pink can go for 18, Pele and Choirgirl the same. Venus is anywhere from 22-25. You got some good deals. I got Pink for a b-day present so I didn't pay for it...Pele I forget, maybe 15 or so...Choirgirl was something like 16 or so but I didn't care. And I got Venus the day it came out for 19 I think. But all my Tori CDs, albums and singles, were all brand new. So if your stuff was used but in good condition, you got a really good deal. I just bought the Hey Jupiter EP the other day actually. And, well...the remix is worth it. That was why I got it really...I got fed up with Napster and just went out and bought it. I don't like this version of Sugar as much as the one on Venus but I liked her cover of Somewhere of the Rainbow. The rest is just eh. I'm not pissed I bought it or anything but...to each his own. - -- liquid pie ________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com ------------------------------ End of precious-things-digest V5 #187 *************************************
