Another potential buyer emailed him and asked if he would be willing to do either a COD or use an escrow service (the buyer was willing to pay all costs associated with it), and Jaymes refused. What does that tell you about him? If you look at the list of bids, a couple of bidders retracted their bids after seeing my post about Jaymes. In addition, a few people have apparently mailed all the bidders and let them know what happened. The high bidder isn't the only one at risk here -- it would be trivial for Jaymes to go down the list of bidders and say "hey, the high bidder backed out, are you interested?" and rip them off too. /nad ------------------------------ End of precious-things-digest V5 #157 *************************************
