I think you're talking about the vw vapor blue new beetle (which I just 
bought last week ... it is the coolest car in the universe!!!)
the music is not tori, its hooverphonic - the song is called renaissance 
affair.
it's the only vw commercial that could be mistaken for tori.  :)
