Also, is the cd worth paying all that money for? in my opinion, no. sure, it's a decent interview, but it's not significantly better than any of the other interviews out there. the price is primarily a function of the fact that it's a promotional item, not that the interview is particularly great. i think if you ask for a copy of it on any of the mailing list, you stand a good chance of getting a copy on cd-r for significantly less -- the price of a blank cd-r and postage, for instance. woj ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 6 Mar 2000 19:19:59 -0600 From: "me :)" Subject: Juarez Rape victim In today's Dallas Morning News, there is a very well-written article on one specific Juarez Rape survivour. It is an interview with the girl who helped to stop the murders. I do not know if it is available online, but if it is it would be at www.dallasnews.com . It is a very sad story but one that helps to bring the horror to life, and make Juarez (the song) even more significant. anthony :) ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 06 Mar 2000 21:14:51 -0500 From: Nadyne Mielke Subject: Re: Tea With the Waitress At 07:58 PM 3/6/00 +0000, Danny.Weddup wrote: > >Hi everyone. >Do any of you own a copy of Tea With the Waitress? The interview itself is interesting. It's also available on some bootlegs. If you're only interested in hearing the interview, I'd ask if someone could make a CD-R copy of it for you instead of paying too much for the boot. /nad ------------------------------ End of precious-things-digest V5 #57 ************************************
