This is kind of exciting for me because they never play Tori anywhere around here so when I hear it I like to talk about it. >> Thats funny you say that.. i was at Thriftway supermarket today and they played 1000 Oceans!! I stopped dead in my tracks and then shopped for an extra 3min. to hear it! What a fun suprise :) I get excited too, cause they never play her where i am! Could anyone help me out? Also, any info. on MP3s or other digital files from the London solo concert would be HUGELY appreciated by both myself and by my Gender Nectar. Thanks so much, Eric Is there room in my heart for you to follow your heart and not need more BLOOD from the tip of your star? ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 02 Mar 2000 15:57:53 PST From: "Nick Nadel" Subject: Re: Tori and Grammies Frankly, I'm surprised she keeps getting nominated. It makes me happy, and it's something to use on people to get them inot Tori, but honestly she's so far removed from the rest of the nominees. I imagine someone in the Grammy voting pool ( which is all indusrty people, by the way, no musicians at all, unlike say the Oscars where at least some creative people are represented) must like her. I wish she would get more recognition as a producer, cause they're are so few women producing themselves today, and doing it well. - -nick ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 1 Mar 2000 20:52:19 -0500 From: myth@smyrnacable.net Subject: Re: question about Stardust >kelly webb wrote: > Hello everyone, <is the tree in all of the versions of this book (being hardcover only) >or just special ones upon its >release?>> >it's in the illustrated version. to my knowledge, that only came >out in hardback... it's beautiful >though, the images form it used to be at the Dent, and may still >be... Nope, I have the illustrated version in softcover. My hubby got it for me at Titan comics, it says it's from Vertigo/DC Comics. It's the graphic-novel type format. The cover is printed with $19.95 on it, I have no idea if that is what he actually paid, but I'd imagine so. A friend of mine also picked it up as a regular, un-illustrated softback book. ~~julie ________________________________________________________ burn like a good bonfire...in whatever you do ~lamb I'm an aquired taste - I'm anchovies, and not everybody wants those hairy little things.
