'Fraid it is! ;) Get hold of Xing MPEG Player (you can get it on 30 day trial, I'm pretty sure), and watch your problems vanish. There's no key, the software simply verifies that you've connected to Atlantic, and then it prompts the thing to play... don't know how it works, whether it's a Java applet or ActiveX or something equally lovely, but rest assured that the video is playable per se and is not encrypted using some kind of totally non-standard format, as Xing blatantly recognises it and plays it, no problems. I'm using version 3.30 which is as far back as April 1998, way before the advent of HyperCDs. I think the url is www.xingtech.com but don't quote me. However, it's correct to note that Windows Media Player does not, as has been previously noted, play the video formats. Quite *why*, I'm not sure. However, I *did* notice that Windows Media Player, if a person is on-line, will try and download codecs when possible, I'm not sure if this would work in this case, however? I -highly- recommend purchasing the book _Tori Amos Collectibles_ by Paul Campbell. It'll cost you around $30, and it is -the- reference for the Tori collector. It was published in 1997, so you (obviously) won't get any ftch or TVaB material in there, but it has -everything- else. There are full-color pictures of each item, catalogue numbers, and what songs are on 'em. Two other sites you'll be interested in: http://www.rmta.org/rmt-a/price.html http://zip.to/tori The first one is the rmta Price FAQ, which tells you what rare items are going for these days. The second one is Lianne McDonald's "Collecting Tori" website. Be aware that it's in the UK, so loading can be slow on this side of the pond sometimes.
